The Digi-Dance Arcade (2017) was hosted by the Choreoscope international dance-film festival, installed at the Santa Monica Art Gallery in Barcelona, Spain. For dance film and visual art audiences, this art-game arcade presented an alternative vision of screen-dance with an interactive twist. Digi-Dance exclusively featured games with a dance or gestural rhetoric, from a mix of solo, indie and commercial developers.
Games on display included: Joust by Doug Wilson, Necrodancer, Floor Kids by MERJ/Hololabs, Just Dance by Ubisoft, Bboy by FreeStyleGames, Dance Dance Revolution by Konami etc…
